I generally don’t fight when people slime me and I have a policy of not pointing to them.

Now he’s got a post up declaring that Jason’s not a mensch and dictating the terms of four apologies he expects him to make.

Considering the credit Dave got yesterday around the blogosphere for apologizing, he doesn’t seem to understand that it defeats the point to go right back on the attack.

What an asshole.</p> <p>The fact is, winer has been UNinvited to all the serious O'Reilly conferences. It has shaped what winer does, to the point of him organizing "unconferences." The only difference between a conference and an unconference is that at an unconference, winer controls the microphone, and monopolizes it for himself. I've seen video streams of winer's unconferences, and he constantly berated everyone else who spoke, unless it was one of his sycophant buddies like marc canter.</p> Oh god, I can’t believe the section where winer writes how he’d like everyone to apologize to him.
