		<description>&lt;p&gt;It seems pretty clear to me that John Borthwick isn&#039;t letting Dave Winer anywhere near the coding of Switchabit or Twittergram. His company Betaworks has its own coders, and they&#039;ve been working in Java and PHP. The new Twittergram is hosted on Switchabit&#039;s servers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Winer does a good job of making it sound like he&#039;s coding, though. He&#039;s become a potemkin programmer.&lt;/p&gt;
