		<description>&lt;p&gt;It seems pretty clear to me that John Borthwick isn't letting Dave Winer anywhere near the coding of Switchabit or Twittergram. His company Betaworks has its own coders, and they've been working in Java and PHP. The new Twittergram is hosted on Switchabit's servers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Winer does a good job of making it sound like he's coding, though. He's become a potemkin programmer.&lt;/p&gt;
